Excellent service and professional

Anthony and Neil were 100% professional and knowledgeable. They answered our questions and educated us about our system. We chose this business because our usual company was tied up for the week with a large industrial customer who had priority. Yesterday when I spoke with Shawna, she was able to book me within 24 hours. Needless to say, we now have a new HVAC company and two great techs named Anthony and Neil and one great office person named Shawna… We used OPACHS again for a heating system tune up… this time we had Jordan, an excellent tech who went the extra mile to find a bunch of dead wasp’s that were clogging a vent and causing the unit to shut down… took awhile to find the problem but he did Change that yo 9.5 stars and make them gold

I really wish I could give them a five star, but I cannot for the following reason. Me and the sales rep discussed brands, and we only talked about certain brands as an option. What was delivered was not what was discussed or even on the quote or invoice sent to me by the sales person. You cannot just simply change the brand without letting the customer know. The customer may want to pay an up charge to get the brand that they want but it’s still the customers choice…. not yours. Other than that, it was great technicians that came by. Very clean and hospitable. And they were really quick as far as removing the old unit and installing the new . I would recommend them, but I would also recommend that the customer confirm and check the unit brand before accepting it.

My experience with Opach AC and Heating Services wasn't extremely pleasant. The service representative, Robert Howard, was highly professional and courteous. Mr. Howard listen to what I wanted and delivered just that. The technicians, Mr. Jermaine Jackson and another male who's name escapes me were both very professional and courteous. My old equipment was removed and my new system installed without disruption to me or my family. Everything was explained to me such as that I would understand everything that occurred. My receipt was emailed promptly. I do wish that I could have a itemized receipt of my purchase. Thanks for a job well done.

Technicians were polite and courteous. The drop cloth they bought to my home to cover my floors was dirty and needed washing or being thrown out. They didn't clean up good. Otherwise I was pleased with their work.

AC did a great job!

My heat went out yesterday and I talk to Oscar and he told me he will be at my house 6am next day he showed up exactly like he said and got me and my family back warm and the price was reasonable thank you

I am very pleased with the OPACHS heating service. On installing a new unit. The technician was very professional, informative. They even cleaned up behind themselves. I'm very pleased.

Fast efficient response time and professional

Opach installed a new furnace and condenser as the old one was over 30 years old. They were prompt, worked fast and did a great job. Price was a bit high but so is everything these days since Covid. No complaints on the new system.
