EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!!!! Not only did the office answer the phone today, the day AFTER a holiday (4th of July), I received a service visit within an hour after my request for a small issue that I was experiencing. The issue was corrected. So happy and pleased with my choice, OPACH'S!!!!! THANKS!

Excellent team work, kind and respectful staff. Time sufficient, have both new AC/ Heating unit. Work was done on Friday 6/28/19 and then Cheeco was back out bright and early Saturday 6/29/19 to finish the job on inside, bringing along a hot breakfast with him. Great service. Easy to work with

During a time when we were without cooling, Opachs was the only service that responded to my call on the day I called. I received excellent service from Mr Pruitt, who came out that day and made the diagnosis of my troubled HVAC, and the installer Mr Abanyeh and his assistant Mr Tyrone who came out the next day with the new system I needed. Inclement weather caused cancellation for the initial install but as soon as the weather cleared the technician and asst came back after other jobs at the late part of the day and completed installation of the system I requested. He and his asst were very diligent to ensure we got cooling that day since we had spent two nights without our HVAC. I commend them for their knowledge, skill, and integrity. Thanks guys for taking care of me and my family. we're cool and comfortable because of your efforts.

Oscar made time for us and then was on time! He listened to us, found and fixed the problems, and never tried to sell us "up." Honest in all our contacts ... I'd give him access to my home at any time. I have and will continue to recommend his services to all. I'm very old ... lived all over the U.S. ...
