Great customer service! We were without air for over a week waiting on our home warranty company who was giving us the run around. Out of frustration I called OPACHS, they come out the same day diagnosed and showed me another problem the first company missed, and gave me quote to replace whole system. The quote was fair from the beginning however just moving into a new home we didn't have the funds to purchase a new system. I was going to just wait on the home warranty company to solve the issue. I got a phone call from Mr Pruitt the next day explaining to me what was all included in the quote, the 10 year warranty and the great price I was getting. I explain to him that I understand and that I just did not have the funds. Mr Pruitt invited me to go to his website to fill out a credit app for financing which I was approved. This was all on the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. The financing wasn't approved til Friday morning. I contacted Mr Pruitt Friday and was told the earliest that they could get to me would be Tuesday, the day after Labor Day, I guess feeling my disappointment of going 2 weeks without air, later on that evening I got a call saying they can do the install that day. They arrived at my home at the end of the work day I felt bad because I knew that I was not on the schedule for that day and it was only one tech. About half an hour later 2 more techs arrive and I felt better for the original tech. Not too long after that 2 more techs showed up and as a team they were able to replace my whole ac system before night fall. I really appreciate the professionalism, the promptness, and courtesy of OPACHS. I would highly recommend them and use them for all my future heating and air needs.

I like O'Pach's A/C and Heating Services, because of the honest and professional services they have provided to me. I interviewed five (5) AC and heating service companys (including O'Pachs), and O'pach's offered the best value for my money. They replaced an evaporial coil, and my AC system has worked well ever since they installed that coil. I'd have them work on my heating system, too, if I needed service on that system. My first experience with OPACHS A/C & HTG Services was very professional and courteous. The first person I spoke with was Ms. Jasmane, and she immediately took care of my request on a late Friday evening. On Saturday, the technician Mr. Lydell showed up on time for the appointment. The impressive part was they came back on a Sunday to take care of an unforeseen problem that developed with my A/C unit later. With my knowledge of how the A/C unit works, that problem wasn't their problem. Wow, showing up on a Sunday, priceless and that should tell anyone the ultimate level of customer service at OPACHS. Once again, OPACHS was available the same day and met me at my house for a minor AC repair. Less than an hour and reasonably priced. I've used them for several years on full install jobs and repairs at 2 locations because of their commitment to service and professionalism.
