My experience with Opachs in having a HVAC installment was excellent! It was definitely 5 star service! Opach's Sales Rep A.C. was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me. He answered all my questions thru out the process. He worked with me to make the unit more affordable. The service techs that installed the unit were great! They were friendly, courteous, motivated and took pride in their work. They cleaned up thoroughly during and after the unit was installed. I was very impressed with the service and will recommend Opachs to others. Thank you, Opachs!

These guys do great work. Keith, Jerry, Darrion, and Jaden were very efficient and had great customer service. They came out and installed a new HVAC unit in my home. They were very informative about the unit. Keith and Jerry made sure everything was nice and neat when they finished working. I am incredibly sad to have to leave such a poor review but I am also incredibly disappointed to be out of a substantial amount of money with incomplete work. We began a contract with this company to have our AC & Heating services brought up to code as well as have HVAC installed. Our HVAC installation led to an AC leak ruining our brand new kitchen tile and wall as well as having no cool air run through the home. We had techs come out to our property at least 8-10 times with a new issue each time they left. The company contacts were also not upfront in their invoice about what we were told was included. We were under the impression that what we outlined would be brought up to code would be, it has not been. We are four months out with what feels like more issues than we started with. This company has lost our respect, our business, and we do not recommend. Our current gas and electric contractor also commented that they would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Please save yourself the money, headache, and stress and look for another company. 2024 Update: The owner, Oscar personally reached out to us and apologized. They also offered their services to install more insulation and remedy some of where the previous techs went wrong. Oscar went above and beyond to make sure he could make this right and we are really grateful for his help and care of the situation.
